Meet Our Founder

Tarjé Davis, M.A. is a native of Baltimore, MD, but currently resides in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Tarjé understands what it's like to feel stressed and scrutinized when owning a home. In 2016, Tarjé found herself trying to get rid of a mortgage that was tied to a house that she owned with someone else. After moving out of the property, Tarjé was informed that the house was pending foreclosure and had a Homeowners Association (HOA) civil case. Unfortunately, Tarjé was also unable to help the former co-owner settle the debt because she had already acquired a new primary residence that she was solely responsible for and, unfortunately, the house was deemed foreclosed and repossessed by the bank within the next year.

Following the foreclosure, Tarjé learned about alternate solutions that could have helped her avoid that foreclosure. In fact, she recalls a time when a woman reached out, offering Tarjé one of the solutions; however, Tarjé initially believed it was a scam and did not proceed. After doing additional research (post-foreclosure), Tarjé learned that the solution the woman offered was 100% legal and it was one of several alternate solutions that many homeowners lack the knowledge of because if they knew, Tarjé's convinced there would be fewer foreclosures.

 

Now Tarjé is on a mission to help others avoid the same mistakes and rid themselves of headaches that come with owning homes that tend to bring more stress than joy. Tarjé is committed to finding the best, alternate solutions for her clients and she's passionate about getting others out of stressful and time-sensitive situations. She cares for her clients and loves residing in the DC-Maryland-Virginia area because of the diversity and unique cultures that are native those areas. 

 

Tarjé earned a Masters at the University of Baltimore, and a Bachelors at Trinity Washington University studying International Affairs, Political Science, and Sociology. She previously worked in public and private sector for many years with a range of well-known companies to include but not limited to the U.S. Federal Government, Johns Hopkins University, and Booz Allen Hamilton. In addition to assisting homeowners, Tarjé is a Life Coach, Speaker, and Model who advocates for women who find themselves settling in toxic relationships and unfulfilling careers. She helps women to stop settling for unhealthy standards and teaches them how to live their best life because we (human beings) are capable to have it all: Positive Life, Love, & Career.
